John is the founder of Nous, a technology project manager, a content producer and the person in charge of the project's editorial direction.
He coordinates the curation of the works studied, develops the scripts, writes the Nous articles, always reviewed by Prof. Dr. Rodrigo Bitencourt, and leads the production and editing of the channel's lessons and videos. He is the one who decides which works enter the pipeline, structures the sequence of the lessons and coordinates the running of the channel, the site and the study club, keeping the same standard of intellectual rigor and didactic clarity across every publication.
With more than twenty-five years of experience in technology project management and a background in philosophy, he brings together knowledge-organization methods, Thomistic philosophy and insights from neuroscience to develop a practical approach to reading the classics. His work seeks to answer a simple question: how to turn great books into permanent knowledge, able to shape thought and guide life.
