Paideia requires about 15 minutes of written exercise a day (Monday to Saturday) and one 1 hour session per week, for 8 weeks. Do you have that space in your routine today? Yes, I do. I need to create that space. I don't have it today.

Have you read any ancient philosophy (Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius) or the classics? What stayed with you?

The mentorship also reads the Stoics in dialogue with the Christian tradition. Where do you stand on this?
